As an award-winning nature park hotel operator, at the Nature Park Hotel Adler we serve up typical Black Forest dishes made from the best regional products. This is how we support our farmers and preserve the magnificent countryside.

Hotel guests with gourmet full board experience an authentic gourmet holiday at the Adler St. Roman.
7:00 - 10:30 am: Gourmet breakfast buffet in the restaurant
7:00 - 9:00 am: Morning coffee and tea in the wellness bistro
7:00 am - 9:00 pm: alcohol-hfree drinks in the wellness bistro
12:30 - 3:00 pm: Lunch buffet with delicious salads, soup, and warm dishes in the restaurant
1:00 - 4:30 pm: Coffee, tea, and cake in the wellness bistro
6:00 - 7:30 pm: Start of the 5-course menu in the restaurant. Children can order à la carte in the evening. This will be billed at the table.

Order À la carte
Taste the Black Forest – you can do that in our cozy restaurant in the Nature Park Hotel. The trout and game dishes come from local hunters as well as our game preserve and fish pond. And the hotel's pastry shop conjures up all kinds of cakes, pies, and confections, as well as the famous Black Forest cake on your plate!
Upon request, we will gladly serve you gluten-free, lactose-free, or fructose-free food as well as vegan dishes. Do not hesitate to contact us!

Opening hours (winter garden, restaurant or terrace):
- Monday to Saturday: noon - 2:00pm and 6:00 - 9:00 pm
- Sundays and holidays: noon - 2:30 Uhr and 6:00 - 9:00 pm
- Coffee and cake and small menu: 2:00 - 5:00 pm
