In the Adler's sauna village, 4 different clothing-free saunas await you
- A panoramic sauna (80°- 90°C) with a wonderful view of the beautiful mountain landscape; our sauna team regularly pops in here to sprinkle aroma-infused water over the hot stones
- The Adler's ‘moonshine’ sauna (bio sauna 60°C/ 40% humidity), which evokes memories of the local traditions related to schnapps distilling
- A steam sauna, which provides special care for your skin
- An infrared sauna, which is quite wonderful for relaxing tense muscles and penetrates deep into the tissue

Pool
Our heated outdoor pool has a temperature of about 29°/30°C all year round, so you can swim outdoors even in winter. Summer: 7:00 am - 9:00pm, winter 7:30 - 9:30 am and 2:30 - 6:00 pm.
Indoor
Pool
Our indoor pool has a water temperature of about 30°/31°C. It is equipped with a counter-current system, integrated whirlpool, massage jets, and neck splash. Daily from 6:00 am - 9:00 pm.

SkyWiese (sky meadow) & relaxation areas
In between swimming and sauna sessions, you can lie back on one of the numerous loungers in our bathing complex or relax in the rest areas with open fireplaces, water beds, comfortable daybeds or infrared chairs. When the weather is nice, the numerous sunbathing terraces and the "SkyWiese" will entice you outside.
