Eulersbacher Hof – trout farm – in Schiltach
Trout farming in the Eulersbach valley has a very long tradition. Since the 1950s, trout have been kept in natural ponds not only for economic reasons, but also out of enthusiasm for these beautiful and fascinating fish. The water supply to the ponds originates in the forest and carries pure spring water of the best quality. The trout are kept in a very natural, species-appropriate way and high-quality feed is used. Class instead of mass. From eggs to ready-to-catch trout, everything is homemade there.

Jam manufacturer Alfred Faller GmbH in Utzenfeld
For over 100 years, we have been producing high-quality jams as a “Genussmanufaktur”.
Thomas Faller, grandson of company founder Alfred Faller, is the third generation to run the traditional Black Forest family business together with his wife Bettina.
Only the finest ingredients are used to make Faller delicacies: As in the past, we still source large quantities of fruit and berries from the neighboring Kaiserstuhl, Markgräflerland and Ortenau regions.
We only use fruit that has been carefully cultivated, cared for and ripened. Because we at Faller know that: The intense flavor of Faller jams and jellies comes from the combination of high-quality fruit and handcrafted processing in an open copper kettle.
Quality and sustainability are further ingredients that make our products premium and special.
